United Electronic Recycling, LLC (“UER”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is in the business of IT asset disposition and the collecting, handling, transporting, dismantling, and recycling of electronic waste in a safe and socially responsible manner consistent with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

UER cares about the privacy of our users (“users”, “you”, “your”) and takes our privacy obligations seriously. Please read the following to learn more about UER’s privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we may gather while you access the Website or using our Services.

The Services are hosted and operated in the United States (“U.S.”) through Company and its service providers, and laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to Company in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Company to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site and we encourage you to review UER’s Privacy Policy periodically for posted changes.
