In partnership with the City of Garland, we are having a Free Electronic Recycling & Paper Shredding Event. This event is for Garland residents only, and proof of residency is required. The event will take place in the parking lot of the City of Garland Recycling Center, located at 1426 Commerce St, Garland, TX 75040.

Items accepted for recycling:

• Servers
• Hard drives
• Smoke detector alarms
• VHS tapes
• Keyboards
• Speakers
• UPS- Power Supplies
• Telephones
• Routers
• Switches
• Cell Phones
• Radios
• Tablets
• Game Consoles
• Cameras
• Satellite Dishes
• Security Systems
• Cable Boxes
• Christmas Lights
• Projectors
• Microwaves
• Mixers
• Toasters
• Printers/ Copiers/ Fax machines

Additionally, our shredding company Mobile Shred It will be there for free paper shredding.  Limit of two boxes per vehicle. All paper is shredded on-site at the event. We do ask to please remove large binder clips, plastic, binders, coil binding and magnets. Once shredded, all paper is recycled, adhering to our zero-landfill initiative for sustainability.

Pre-shredded paper is not accepted at this event.
