Drive up, go in and check in, pay if a fee applies (short list, maybe 5-6 items on it), drive 25 feet to drop off and they bring out the carry and take it from your trunk.

This is our second neighborhood electronics recycling and paper shredding event with UER. The scheduling team produced a wonderful flyer to our specifications and gave recommendations on how best to run a successful event. On the morning of the event 4 workers arrived ahead of time and were set up and ready to assist our neighbors with unloading their electronics and shredding their personal items. They were courteous and helpful. Thank you UER! We look forward to working with you again.

The front staff at UER was friendly and helpful. It was easy to drop off my old electronic items here to be properly recycled. Some items are a small additional fee (ex. printer $5) but I was happy to pay this to have a great electronic recycling company in the area.

What they do is such a game changer. Originally found them via the City of Plano Recycling page. They were able to make accommodations regarding my mom's request as we were needing a large box TV (yes, from the 90s) moved out of the house and we did not have the muscle or resource to toss it. We also had other miscellaneous old electronics such as speakers, computer monitor, laptop, printer, etc. that we needed gone too and they were able to remove those as well. The entire process was smooth and extremely convenient. Thank you for encouraging recycling and for making the entire experience an easy one!Update as of 07/2023: their drop-off process at the churches is super easy and quick. These guys are saving the world and making such a huge difference. They take batteries, lightbulbs, and papers too. Some things do cost a fee to recycle but most are free. My only regret is not knowing about them and recycling sooner.

Very happy to have a location nearby where I can easily recycle all my electronics that are no longer working for me! There is a small fee for some products, but the list of products they accept is large. Highly recommend!

Awesome and super helpful customer service. First time dropping off electronic recycling materials. They’ll take just about anything to recycle. No longer need to wait for the once-a-year recycling day from the city. I wish I knew about this place sooner. Now making another trip to drop off more recyclable electronics.

We had the most wonderful, positive experience with Jerry, our recycling vendor. We had many years of old photograph albums that needed the pictures removed from the glassine protectors before being recycled. Jerry helped us with all of it and it took a lot of time. He was patient, pleasant and said he was here to do what was needed to make his customer happy. We give high accolades to Jerry and he has been an outstanding representative of your company. Our church had accumulated a number of obsolete PCs, monitors, and assorted electronics. I took on the task of trying to dispose of this e-waste and didn't want to have the stuff end up in a land fill. I tried contacting a few recycling companies and United Electronic Recycling was the first to respond. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They offered to pick the equipment but I ended up taking the load to them. They unloaded it for me and promised to send me a report. I received that report 3 days later. I highly recommend this recycling company!
